Public Works
The City of St. Johns Public Works Department is responsible for sewer and street maintenance. New residents may contact City Hall at (928) 337-4517 for pricing and scheduling of water and sewer hookup. Repairs to clogged sewers will be made at no charge to the resident. However, please note that if the clog is found to be on the residence side, a service fee may be charged.
Sewer Plant
The sewer plant is open from 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday (October through March) and from 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday (April through September). Tankers are charged $0.13/gallon. After hours access is available only on arrangement, with a $25 call out fee.
Street Maintenance
Street light repair is scheduled on a routine basis.
Residents should contact
Public Works Department at (928) 337-2031 to report street light outages, and the lights are
repaired on a monthly basis. Please report missing signs immediately to the
Public Works Department at (928) 337-2031.
