Attending Council Meetings

Council Meetings follow a format, required by law, with regularly planned opportunities for citizen feedback and comment. Residents are encouraged to attend Council Meetings, and will have an opportunity to voice their opinions during the meeting. Please note that Council may not vote to take action on any item unless it is included in the Council Agenda.

City Clerk

The office of the City Clerk can provide assistance regarding Council Agenda, Council Meetings, or elections. Please contact Amy Bigelow at (928) 337-4517, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM if you have any questions.

Council Meetings

Council Meetings are held at 6:30PM on the second Thursday of each month, at City Hall, 245 W. 1st Street. On occasion, special Council Meetings may be held. Please contact the office of the City Clerk for information on special meetings.
