BALLOT FORMAT FOR ALL PRECINCTS
PROPOSITION 1
OFFICIAL TITLE: Resolution 408 a resolution proposing an extension of alternative expenditure limitation for the City of St. Johns.
DESCRIPTIVE TITLE: Pursuant to the Arizona State Constitution, this proposal establishes an alternative expenditure limitation for the City of St. Johns for the next four years. Annually, the City Council will determine the amount of the alternative expenditure limitation for the fiscal year after at least one public hearing. This alternative expenditure limitation replaces the state-imposed expenditure limitation.
A "YES" vote shall have the effect of establishing an alternative expenditure limitation for the City of St. Johns.
A "NO" vote shall have the effect of not allowing the City of St. Johns to establish an alternative expenditure limitation and to require expenditures of the city to be limited by the state-imposed expenditure formula.

Will be held at the Pera Gym on 75 North First West. Will be open from 6:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 17, 2005.
